New Ballot - Class Rules

Concern was expressed about the lack of time for members to fully understand
and make suggestions as to the wording in the May ballot. The New Zealand,
Victorian and Western Australian associations have proposed ammendements to,
and discussed the May ballot but have been unable to come up with a
consensous decision as to the wording of some of these rules.

This NEW Ballot contains only those proposed rules in which a consensus
decision was able to be made between every association.

This ballot must be returned by 30 June 2000.
